“Mangata Avvocati” is the trademark under which independently operating associated law firms or professionals collaborating with Avv. Carlo Pontei provide professional services. Together, these law firms and professionals form the “Mangata Avvocati Network.” “Mangata Avvocati” may refer to individual law firms within the Mangata Avvocati Network, which may operate jointly or separately.

The Mangata Avvocati Network is composed of law firms and/or professionals that operate as separate legal entities in different countries. These law firms and professionals collaborate to provide quality services to clients in Italy and worldwide. The law firms and/or professionals in the Mangata Avvocati Network are collaborators of Avv. Carlo Pontei, operating independently and without any exclusive obligation, except in specific cases regulated contractually. Mangata Avvocati does not practice legal or accounting services, nor does it provide services to clients. Instead, its purpose is to act as a coordinating entity for the law firms and professionals in the Mangata Avvocati Network, focusing on key areas such as networking and development in alignment with ESG principles to promote assistance that requires professionals operating in different countries. Avv. Carlo Pontei oversees the development and implementation of ESG policies and initiatives to achieve a common and coordinated approach among individual law firms and/or professionals when appropriate. Members of Mangata Avvocati can use the Mangata Avvocati name and access the resources and methodologies of the Mangata Avvocati Network.

The Mangata Avvocati Network is not a partnership, and the member law firms and professionals of Mangata Avvocati are not otherwise legal partners of one another. A member law firm and/or professional cannot act as an agent of Avv. Carlo Pontei or any other member law firm and/or professional, cannot bind Avv. Carlo Pontei or any other member law firm and/or professional, and is responsible solely for its own acts or omissions and not for those of Avv. Carlo Pontei or any other member law firm and/or professional. Similarly, Avv. Carlo Pontei cannot act as an agent of any member law firm and/or professional, cannot bind any member law firm and/or professional, and is responsible solely for his own acts or omissions.

Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3, of Law No. 247 of December 31, 2012, it is specified that the services provided by the law firms within the Mangata Avvocati Network, to which this document and the website refer, are professional services and therefore subject to the limitations outlined in Articles 2222 and following of the Italian Civil Code.
